abra server <host> init can stall if you get the wrong ssh details #109

When you abra server add <host> you might pass <user> <port> to help Docker make the connection to the daemon via SSH. If you missed that, abra server init will stall while trying to connect via SSH. It would be good to add -vvvv logging to the SSH command if passing --debug from abra side. Or also simply output the context / user / port to show what is being used to debugging will go faster.
