Finally getting there! We need to get abra to read https://abra-apps.cloud.autonomic.zone/ (requires #130) and then use that to change the logic contained in aad6f1db6e/abra (L581-L658) (🤯). This is the main logic which tells you what versions you have already deployed and what versions you're going to deploy next.
