Work out what the minimum version of Docker we need to run all this excitement
Devise the most reliable way of comparing the current version with that version
Add a safety check to abra, and a notice recommending either running abra on the server or using the Docker CLI install script to update

(Old local Docker versions are one of the biggest usability issues I foresee..)
