For MNN I was thinking it would be ideal to be able to run abra deploy ... without having to wire up all the ~/.abra/{apps/servers} locations when the bespoke app it not really an "app" in the usual sense we consider it. Also, in-repo locations suit their custom deployment and I guess they won't be the last. So, maybe we can override with stuff like APPS_DIR/SERVERS_DIR and so on.
