Add "abra rollback" to drop back to a last working version #76

Would run docker service rollback under the hood. Not sure how this would work but maybe it would just list all services of the stack and roll them all back (even if it was just one that needed it) in the first iteration.

Might be worth thinking about coop-cloud/organising#34 for this "How do we manage versions of apps?". How does a user know which version is deployed and which they are going back to?
