Deploy a single container on the swarm. Because docker swarm refuses to allow
end-users to substitute the image name with env vars dynamically at run-time,
this configuration uses an absolutely shambolic hack of `envsubst`'ing the
`compose.yml` file with the incoming env vars from `abra` during the
deployment.
