Imported https://github.com/Autonomic-Cooperative/docs.cloud.autonomic.zone and https://github.com/Autonomic-Cooperative/abra as I assume those would be the main places people might want to contribute. We can bring over apps as necessary or requested later. Currently just adding a new remote to my .git/config files and pushing manually.
