    I’ve been trying to do more in the garden during self isolation. Inspired by Nicole Rose's excellent booke *The Prisoner's Herbal* I have been learning to prepare and eat/drink nettles and dandelions. I've been trying to learn one of the plants in the book and then go out and see if I can find it in the garden. It's Plantain next.
