chore(nix): park opencode-web (wantedBy=[]) — loops are on claude now
Keep the unit definition in the flake for easy re-enable; just stop it auto-starting. Restore wantedBy = [ "multi-user.target" ] to bring it back. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
