Full migration plan: inventory of every front door + cert chain, the 3 DNS records to set in the autonomic.zone Gandi zone, dual-cert SNI during the bake window, drone abra-app rename (OAuth + 2 webhooks), the harness naming blast radius (Phase 2), and phased retirement. Read-only plan — no config changed yet; Phase 1a (cert) is the first implementation step once DNS is set.
