Orchestrator-host half of the domain migration. cc-ci side merged as cc-ci #39+#40 (dual-zone SAN cert via the existing acme-dns account, dual Host rules on dashboard/bridge/reports, drone abra app renamed, harness run-domain naming moved to *.ci.autonomic.zone with dual-zone name matching during the bake).

This PR: opencode UI routed at oc.ci.autonomic.zone (new opencodeUiExtraHosts option keeps oc.ci.commoninternet.net answering), host self-pins for the new names, recipe-report.py publish/verify URLs, and the cc-ci flake input bumped to c5106bc.

Pre-verified: lego staging issuance for ci.autonomic.zone + *.ci.autonomic.zone succeeded on the host through the re-keyed acme-dns storage and the delegated CNAME. nix flake check clean.

- opencode UI: opencodeUiHost=oc.ci.autonomic.zone with the legacy name kept via the new
  opencodeUiExtraHosts (dual traefik router rule + nginx serverAliases) during the bake.
- networking.hosts: new names pinned, legacy names kept.
- recipe-report.py: publish/verify/footer URLs → report.ci.autonomic.zone.
- flake.lock: cc-ci input → c5106bc (PR #39 + #40: dual-zone SAN cert, front-door rules,
  drone rename, harness naming).
