Pins the flake.lock to the exact cc-ci rev the cutover was deployed from (2f6787f0: PRs #39-#42), and records the session journal: what changed, the OAuth client-secret rotation dance (Gitea PATCH regenerates on every call), the e2e !testme proof on the new domain, and the deferred Phase 4 items.
