Updates the combined host flake to cc-ci commit a47c1ca, which includes the emergency Docker image cleanup merged in cc-ci PR #49.
Verified on the live cc-ci host: nixos-rebuild build, test, and switch against path:/root/cc-ci-orch-recovery#cc-ci all passed. The resulting generation retained host identity cc-ci and changed only the cleanup command and related systemd files. SSH, Docker, Fail2Ban, CI services, and all warm services remained healthy; the cleanup timer ran at 46% disk usage and kept the cache. The previous manual systemd override was removed after the switch.
