discourse (forum: postgres+redis+sidekiq). HEALTH_PATH=/srv/status (slow Rails boot, DEPLOY_TIMEOUT=1800). P4 via postgres ci_marker (db service, pg_dump backupbot — matrix-synapse pattern).
