Upgrade: app nginx 1.31.3 to 1.31.5 (extends the evolving upgrade PR)

service image current new
app nginx 1.31.3 1.31.5
git alpine/git v2.54.0 v2.54.0 (no bump, already latest)
ssh / sshstart linuxserver/openssh-server latest latest (intended floating tag, no version)

Upstream release notes: app (nginx) 1.31.3 -> 1.31.5: https://nginx.org/en/CHANGES

Operator action

No breaking changes, migrations, or config changes for the custom-html static-file-serving use case (nginx 1.31.4 + 1.31.5 are feature/bugfix releases; the 1.31.4 :authority/Host change only affects proxying to backends). None required.

Recommended release after this PR merges (patch bump; the version label is NOT bumped in this PR):
abra recipe release custom-html -z

Tested green on the cc-ci recipe CI server (full suite, cold, against this PR head). NOT merged — for operator review.
