gitea image update

service image old new
app gitea/gitea 1.24.2-rootless 1.26.2-rootless
db (compose.postgres.yml) postgres 15.13 15.18

Image-tag bumps only — no recipe behaviour changes, no version-label bump (cut separately via abra recipe release).

Note: gitea 1.24+ logs a non-fatal Unable to update WORK_PATH ... read-only file system error on boot because app.ini is mounted directly as a read-only swarm config. It is harmless (the app stays healthy), but the writable-app.ini correctness fix is handled in a separate PR.

Verified on cctest: 1.24.2 → 1.26.2 in-place upgrade comes up healthy (/api/healthz pass).
