hedgedoc: upgrade pgautoupgrade 16-alpine → 17-alpine

What changed

hedgedoc 1.10.8 → 1.11.0 (already published as 3.1.0+1.11.0 by upstream):

  • Security patch release fixing 4 CVEs: HTML injection, YAML DoS, CSRF via Gist export, rate-limit bypass
  • No breaking changes, no database migrations, no required config changes

Upstream release notes: hedgedoc 1.10.8→1.11.0: https://github.com/hedgedoc/hedgedoc/releases/tag/1.11.0

pgautoupgrade 16-alpine → 17-alpine:

  • Bumps embedded PostgreSQL major version from 16 to 17
  • Automatic data migration on container start (pgautoupgrade handles this)
  • One major at a time (18-alpine deferred to next cycle)
