Upgrade matrix-synapse to 7.2.0+v1.154.0.

  • synapse v1.149.1 -> v1.154.0
  • nginx 1.29.6 -> 1.31.1
  • matrix-authentication-service 1.14.0 -> 1.18.0
  • pgautoupgrade 17 -> 18, with PGDATA pinned to the legacy path so the postgres 18 bump upgrades the existing cluster in place

Recipe semver: minor bump 7.1.1 -> 7.2.0 (latest published is 7.1.1+v1.149.1).

Mirrors coop-cloud/matrix-synapse#72 content (no discord compose change).
