Make static site fail graciously

Currently, if the astro build step fails, the site content in the nginx container will remain what it was after the last build. What else do we need? 👀

Ah 😖 Looks like it's trying to run the -prod container locally still? Latest commit tries to fix it... can't test locally because of spooky network error tho
