Expand / update our list of services #62

Maybe some overlap with #45, but we've grown a lot and have a bunch of new skills since we wrote our services list.

Suggest adding:

  • Technical advice ("what should we use?" kind of thing, e.g. consulting on Kanban boards for Birmingham Bike Foundry, or advising CAAT on VOIP)
  • User experience testing and design
  • Graphic design
  • Branding
  • Devops / infrastructure development (e.g. what we're proposing for SMAT & Mutual Nudes)
  • Scientific app development

We might even want separate pages or sections for categories of services, like:

  • Infrastructure / web services
    • Hosted Nextcloud, Rocketchat, Gitea etc.
    • Managed Virtual Private Servers from Webarchitects or Hetzner
    • Managed email via Webarchitects, Gandi, self-hosted
    • Service monitoring & backups
    • Security assessment and threat modelling
  • Programming
    • Python, TypeScript, shell
    • Continuous integration testing & continuous deployment
    • Devops process design and maintenance
    • Software integrations
  • Technical advice
    • Second-line tech support
    • Requirements analysis
    • Procurement consulting
  • Design
    • Branding
    • UI design
    • Usability testing
    • Art
  • Video
    • Editing
    • Directing
    • Animated graphics
