cb6c07905e Remove use of site.github.url 
We don't need to include the whole url in each page if we're
being served from the root of a domain.

be5ffd3f53 Remove unused Wordpress-specific JS 
This code seems to be related to this Wordpress feature [1] which only
seems relevant where users are adding e.g. comments to a site.
