Add clients, services & technologies for GFR coop

Put clients in alphabetical order for go-free-range
This seems to be the approach we've taken for the majority of coops.

So the uppercase versions of the files, i.e. `_clients/Power-to-Change.md` and `images/clients/Power-to-Change.png`, were effectively duplicates.
