Revert "Just use the $WORKDIR"

This reverts commit 487fb34b68e999ac0d96c728cb2499b1dbdd8b3f.
Remembered that we can't rely on WORKDIR if it is set upstream and then
we have to hard code that in the app.json. So, stick with the /app/
folder for now.
