Chris Lowis 3517d04637 Strip out CSS, JS and extra markup 
The site had around 7000 lines of CSS and 23,000 lines of JS. It also
used a framework called "Zurb" to build the layout. We're planning to
rebrand the website and to make that work easier I think it would help
me (and hopefully those that come after me) to strip out all of these
technologies and recreate the site with a simple stylesheet.

By doing so I think we lose a couple of features, such as the zooming hover
states on the grids of images. Some features, like the "sticky" header
are probably better implemented nowadays in pure CSS.

Given that the site is maintained by volunteers I think the simpler we
can make it the better.

Chris Lowis 18851086d9 Upgrade ruby and gems 
Ruby 2.6.6 has reached the end-of-life and I had some trouble
installing the dependencies locally as a result. I've updated to the
latest version of ruby and regenerated the Gemfile.lock with the
latest versions of the two gems we depend on, and their dependencies.

Everything looks to still be working in terms of site generation.

Chris Lowis 113e229f55 Merge python and python-2 
I'm not sure the distinction between Python and Python 2 is
particularly helpful, and because they share a logo it means we appear
to have python listed twice under technologies. I've replaced
instances of `python-2` with `python` to fix.

Chris Lowis 6d12b87675 Show 6 random clients on homepage 
Showing all of the client logos adds a considerable amount to the page
weight of the page. This change shows 6 random clients. It will be
re-generated each time the page is deployed, which might be OK for
now, although we could add timed pipeline to keep this fresh/fair.

This updates the number to be the same as it currently is on
coops.tech. There's a separate

Chris Lowis 97667077e1 Attempt to deploy site 
@chris has setup a server[1] and added the public half of a key pair
generated using `ssh-keygen -o -t rsa -b 4096` as per the instructions
on docs.gitlab.com[2].

The `before_script` was taken from the same instructions. I set the
two variables SSH_PRIVATE_KEY and SSH_KNOWN_HOSTS in the CI/CD
settings[3].

To see if this works I'm calling `rsync` in the `script` section of
the deploy stage, using the dry-run option, `-n`.

This script iterates over all of the coops to pull their clients from
the individual co-op pages, normalises the filenames of the images and
creates an entry under `_clients`.

Chris Lowis 54a2d68952 Migrate co-op pages from old site 
I ran `ruby migrate_coop_pages.rb` in `scripts`. There will need to be
some manual tidying up of the generated `.md` files under `_coops` but
I think this is a good start. As a one-off it doesn't warrant the time
it would take to improve the migration script.

file format for images. I've chosen png as most of the other co-op
