We want to help you with compassionate and caring tech support.

||

No more feeling alone, no more getting stuck. We’ll be there for you.

We will strive to use simple language wherever possible and empower you to help yourself.

||

We will always advocate for technical solutions that protect your privacy and human rights.

||

We have a strong preference for using [open source commons software](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open-source_software) and encryption wherever possible.

We are a UK based [worker owned co-operative](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Worker_cooperative). We all get paid the same and we make decisions democratically. No CEOs, no bosses, no capitalist investors. We pay our taxes.
