Orchestrator host flake bump — nixos-26.05 tip

nixpkgs 5b4f72e1 (2026-07-31) → 531670d8 (2026-08-03 tip — same rev the cc-ci server now runs after PR cc-ci#11). sops-nix unchanged (f1406619, follows nixpkgs).

Already deployed and verified on cc-ci-orchestrator-hetzner (generation 34), via the new /cc-ci-orchestrator-update skill with the test-before-switch policy:

  1. nixos-rebuild build clean
  2. detached nixos-rebuild test — activation survived: default route intact, 0 failed units, all tmux sessions (incl. the orchestrator's own) alive, ssh cc-ci OK
  3. nixos-rebuild switch — GRUB updated, gen 34
  4. Health gate green.

Opened for visibility/historical record; merged directly (the skill invocation is the authorization).
