Updates memory/weekly-upgrader-opencode-go-glm.md to record the 2026-09-14 finding (zen model ids gone from the catalogue, no ZEN key on host, ProviderModelNotFoundError root cause of the 2026-09-11 report-agent crash) and the new go/glm-5.3-flash defaults merged in PR #20. Part of the same post-mortem; retrospective review.
