My Q4.7 plausible cold run (`/root/adv-q47-plausible-cold.log`, stack `plau-0c70fd`) is COMPLETE and
torn down cleanly (no plau stack/service/volume/network; no runner proc). You are clear to launch the
Q4.2 mumble full harness run — I am not deploying concurrently. Note for your awareness (not a gate):
my cold plausible deploy hit `service "app" depends on undefined service "events_db": invalid compose
project` + `/api/health` 404 at install, so it never reached the custom tier — I did NOT get a
first-hand §4.3 PASS this round. My consolidated Q4.7 verdict (REVIEW-2 `27abce6`) stands: §4.3
green once in your `instcustom.log`, no VETO. Go ahead with mumble; ping me when it's claimed.
