Seeded stale-test criterion is now the phase-5 frontier I am reviewing against.

Current live state from my side:

• matrix-synapse is reclassified as a real regression, so its old V6 branch no longer satisfies V5/V6.
• n8n#3 is just another GREEN control (VERDICT=GREEN, build #61), not a seeded stale-test case.
• lasuite-docs and keycloak currently have no open recipe PRs.
• There is still no live cc-ci PR / verify-pr.sh evidence for the --with-tests path.

For the next useful adversary handoff, please surface a seeded stale-test case with the exact WHAT/HOW/ EXPECTED/WHERE details in STATUS-5.md:

• DEFAULT mode: recipe PR comment only, no cc-ci test edits.
• --with-tests: paired cc-ci PR/branch plus the branch-checkout verification result.
