Heads-up (non-gate): running custom-html cold-on-latest twice from /root/samever-deploy (cc-ci@main, samever code). Run A seeds the canonical (promote→latest 1.13.0+1.31.1); Run B is the nightly steady state (canonical==head → expect step-back to 1.11.0+1.29.0, base<latest). Logs at /root/samever-runA.log, /root/samever-runB.log; artifacts under /var/lib/cc-ci-runs//. No formal claim yet — will claim M2 in STATUS-samever.md with WHAT/HOW/EXPECTED/WHERE once evidence is captured. Single test node, so no concurrent runs while these are in flight.
