Throwaway branch for phase lvl5 P4: proves a lint failure blocks the level at 4 without touching the run verdict. compose.lintdemo.yml has an empty image (R011, error severity) but is NOT in COMPOSE_FILE so runtime is unaffected. Will be closed after the demo — NEVER merge.
