Upgrade Ghost to the latest currently-published Docker Hub image tag 6.42.0-alpine.

Note: upstream GitHub releases are already at 6.43.x, but Docker Hub had not yet published a matching 6.43.x alpine image at execution time, so this PR targets the newest published stable image.

Tested green on the cc-ci recipe CI server (full suite, cold, against this PR head). NOT merged — for operator review.
