Amras a2e9b642bc [feat] server and superuser passwords

Impl note: server-pw can be ignored for a password-less server,
 e.g. if operator wants to run a publicly registered server:
 https://www.mumble.info/documentation/administration/config-file/#server-registration

Impl note: secret names (-pw rather than -password) are shortened due to R015.

Basic usage

Set up Docker Swarm and abra
Deploy coop-cloud/traefik
abra app new ${REPO_NAME} --secrets (optionally with --pass if you'd like to save secrets in pass)
abra app config YOURAPPDOMAIN - be sure to change $DOMAIN to something that resolves to your Docker swarm box
abra app deploy YOURAPPDOMAIN
Open the configured domain in your browser to finish set-up
