Upgrade n8n to the latest stable 2.22.6 and move postgres overlay to pgautoupgrade 18.

Operator action required:

  • Take a backup before deploy if using the postgres overlay; pgautoupgrade performs an in-place PG 17 -> 18 upgrade on first start.

Tested green on the cc-ci recipe CI server (full suite, cold, against this PR head). NOT merged — for operator review.
