chore: upgrade n8nio/n8n to 2.38.4

Extends the ongoing 2.x upgrade: 2.34.4 → 2.38.4 (this PR previously carried 2.38.3; bumped to the newest tag). Image-tag-only change to the main compose.yml (sqlite mode). No config/env/volume changes.

Upstream release notes:

• n8n 2.34.4→2.38.4 (app): https://github.com/n8n-io/n8n/releases (2.37.x/2.38.x line — bugfixes + features across 2.38.0/2.38.1/2.38.2/2.38.3/2.38.4; no breaking compose/config/migration changes)

Operator Action Required:

• Rolling upgrade; sqlite mode, TypeORM migrations run automatically on boot. No required recipe deploy action.
• HTTP API callers only (unchanged since 2.37.0): decorator body routes now require Content-Type: application/json; binary-data endpoint adapted. No recipe impact.
• 2.38.x remains Pre-release on GitHub — consistent with the tracking-the-newest-tag precedent (2.34.2/2.35.2/2.36.3/2.37.3/2.37.6 were all taken pre-release).
• CVE-2026-73088 (browserslist) is NOT fixed in the 2.x window (only the 1.123.76 line names a fix); not blocking.

Recommended release (operator, after merge):

abra recipe release n8n -y

Verified live on cc-ci (2026-09-07): dev deploy of 2.38.4 converged, all migrations clean, editor served HTTP 200. Tested via !testme on this PR.

Tested green on the cc-ci recipe CI server (full suite, cold, against this PR head). NOT merged — for operator review.
