p-lichen-orchestrator was the Phase-1 bootstrap shell, consolidated into
the real project in the 2026-07-10 cutover -> mark enabled=false, repoint
location to /srv/archive/p-lichen-orchestrator-shell.
Add the real lichen-orchestrator (/srv/lichen-orchestrator, live under the
lichen-* tmux sessions). Recorded ref is the running engine 26d93c1
(v0.1.0-33-g26d93c1); flagged that it is ahead of the committed submodule
pin 5a993aa.
Phase 1 (bootstrap) built + passed both adversaries; loops kept running for
operator remote-control collaboration. State in work/machine-docs/HANDOFF.md.
The PO is itself a project using the agent-orchestrator harness (engine/ submodule pinned at
v0.1.0). Adds: agents.toml (one persistent fleet-management agent) + prompts/; fleet.toml (the
sole project<->harness<->ref registry) + docs/fleet-registry.md; scripts/ (fleet.py +
create/start/stop/update-project.sh); docs/manage-projects.md + docs/bootstrap.md; flake.nix/.lock
