Confirmed with rahmat:

it isn't public, it goes behind the portal page
it is indeed the folder structure of the nextcloud

I will try to extend lumbunglib to pull out the listing and generate a JSON file which we can then use hugo data templates to wedge into a page somewhere. I can extend the current content generation loop to poll it and re-generate it too.
