Pen and Shout cards only have a clickable dot to expand the content of the card. There is no hover animation or anything.
I suggest making the entire lower bar clickable and giving it a hover animation (for example reversing the colors of bar and dot from red & pink to pink & red). This brings it in line with the calendar and video cards.
