I've added the following topic: "lurk & chat for https://autonomic.zone. we're not always here, so if urgent, mail helo@autonomic.zone". The link on from the logo on the site can point to https://webchat.freenode.net/?#autonomic.zone to people don't need an account or anything. Some coops are already on IRC, so I think it would be good to have that type of back-channel comms advertised too.

Re-opening, see #26. It'd be nice to have it somewhere that it is a place you can come and speak with some members about technical issues. I lurk it and am happy to take on that responsibility to relay any messages from the murky underworld of IRC :)

we don't need another place to have to catch up on chats
So, I guess we should only advertise it is a place where only a fewwwww members lurk and only sometimes (even though Im there all the time lolz but lets keep expectations low) and that it is mostly for technical chat.
Summary of some concerns were:
* if I go away, it'll be empty there.
* it shouldn't be a place customers/clients end up
* we don't need another place to have to catch up on chats

Can we find a good icon for it? That fits our theme. I'd probably be fine with it if we had that tbh.
I'm gonna leave this off for now, not a priority.
