It kind of works, as it allows the user to add, "edit" and delete hat types - but it does not allow administrating fields

Also removed now-unneeded contact details types vocabulary (contact details type is now a text field)

The full name is now the entity label. The first_and_last_name is so that it can be used in search and autocomplete.
