Upgrade lasuite-docs from 0.3.2+v5.1.0 to 0.3.3+v5.1.0 (sidecar security/maintenance bumps; primary Impress images stay at v5.1.0).

redis 8.6.3 and nginx 1.31.1 are security releases (multiple CVEs); docspec 3.0.2 is a dependency-lock patch. No breaking changes affect this recipe (the nginx 1.31 incoming HTTP/2/3 header rejection does not impact the outbound proxy_set_header Upgrade WebSocket config). No operator action or migration required.
