tv: images disappear after an unknown period of time #31

When you run lumbunglib-vid in lumbung.space directory, the cards are generated properly and subsequent runs just skip the existing posts. But after an unknown period of time (or an unknown event) those images are not shown anymore on lumbung.space despite being linked to in index.md files and existing in the folders.
